m3ds help loading games

Hi all, would like to know if NDS folder where i have put the games should be stand alone on memory card or in system folder have tried both, it see the games but wont start them.

Any help would be great

I just got a ttds or whatever you call it LOL
but I stuck all the games on the card not in any folders or roots or anything
