Website Modifications - Zend, MySQL, PHP, Javascript

I've been running some successful web businesses for over a decade, and am in the process of doing a major upgrade to one of them.

I've bought a custom built site which needs some modifications at the back end to run exactly the way I want it to, and the original programmer is not available to do it.

I need someone with good knowledge of PHP, MySQL, Javascript (incl JQuery if poss) and Zend Framework. I'll be able to do a lot of MySQL adjustments myself, but I'm a bit dodgy on the rest. I realise it's a long shot but if there's anyone here with the requisite knowledge, please get in contact, and yes, I will pay for the work.

Have used Freelancer once before and got ripped off. Unfortunately it's populated with hordes of guys who pretend they can do what you want, but whose only real skill is lying through their teeth or trying to pretend that an off-the-shelf script is their own work.
