Can you unlock a nokia 6288 that's really locked to "3"?
As in, they gave me the wrong code to unlock it, and after 3 attempts, it's permanently locked to fracken "3".
I know I could push them to replace it, but it's not worth the 5 million phone calls to get anywhere with them.
So, can it be unlocked?

HTC is not Motorola, HTC is a brand itself:
You can buy the unlock code for it over the Internet, but it works out much dearer (~US$30) than your offer.

So, can you "deal with" HTCs?
