When you do things right, people won't be sure that you have done anything at all
rain fade? ABC QLD off D1 was the weakest one.
Just ran another blind scan of D1 on the Strong. All the ABCs work but only come up as ABC1 2&3 so I don't know which is QLD as is displayed on C1 which as we know is not really FTA, but using an Aurora card on C1 ABC Qld works fine.
Knew that re-naming ABC by state as ABC1, ABC2, ABC3 would create 'issues'.Originally Posted by MrElectricity

Everyone has a different setup. I actually get my D1 through a 2.4m Universal combination, so it's gonna be different to a 60cm 'High'. Skew etc. Also the Decoder is a MASSIVE difference as well. I can get D1 on 3 Decoders (Strong 4658X, Dreamax DT470 & Coship) with all showing a big diff in %.

My own experience is to use the same decoder and adjust for max %. Then check another satellite EG NSS6 on the other side and balance the best result. The % I get and all decoders is different, but consistant.
