Is any of that possible using a HTPC. Or can it be recreated?

Also a Irdeto II Cam softcell 2.21 (purple cam) works with foxtel yes?

Told that it iz possible, yeees. NOT seen it done locally, I think Italy ran it with Novermber Delta Sierra. An Indonesian service CAM might work.
