Latest AceKard 2 For NDS

Hey Everyone,

Just wanted to pop in and let you know the has finally arrived, we spent a bit of time checking them out this week and were really impressed with the GUI, seems to be the most advanced one of all the DS cards. It’s still lacking in some features that that Cyclo has like real time save, but apart from that this card looks like it will give the other standard cards a good run for their money. It’s got the MicroSDHC support, so you can use the big arse memory cards, it’s also compatible with the skins from the AceKard RPG, so there is a bunch already out that you can use.

With the current shortages on DS cards, and also the price hikes, it looks like the AceKard will be one of the few cards that stock is readily available, and unlike the other cards makers, they have not jacked the price to take advantage of the demand out striping supply.

Another important thing that AceKard has is support, these guys have been around for a long time, even longer then the R4 guys, they are releasing firmware updates all the time and have active support forums. So this is not just another card like the DSTT where really it’s just a cash cow with not much development being done behind the scenes. We have no doubt that AceKard team will be adding new features to the AK2 over the year, so we may even see real time save support added.

Naive newbie question. Have an Acekard2 kit (with USB adaptor) and a Kingston 2 gb micro SD kit. How does it all go together?
