I couldn't find anyone in NZ/AU with a Sky Pacific sub when trying to find some info on the service a while ago. Strong signal in NZ though. Nagra2 I think I read somewhere.

Is Sky Pacific running on the old MDS system. If so then maybe an old tarbs 3100 decoder with the mods and goldcard may open up Sky Pacific.

according to Lyngsat Skypacific is nagra not MDS. its PBS that your thinking of a different provider on i701

Sky is Nagra 1 I believe. Yes PBS is the one you are thinking of for tarbs....would like some details about that too if you have any?
