Access to HRT Channel on D2

A work colleague is asking how to get access to the HRT Channel on the D2 Satellite.

Now I recall some channels are transmitted without the need to be decrypted.

- First of all is HRT in this FTA category.

- Secondly if it needs to be decrypted, do whitey's have this scapability.

- Thirdly what other options are available - Yes I know this can mean getting a subscription from a supplier/s BTW who would this be?

I look hearing from anyone that has any info.

1/Hrt is locked tight.
2/Some rumors are around that a white card may work but cannot confirm.
