Default FS: RAM, HDDs, Mobile Phone, Oscilloscope

I have the following for sale:

    1x 512MB DDR2-533MHz Elixir RAM Module - $15
    1x 120GB SATA Seagate 7200rpm HDD (ST3120827AS) - $40
    1x 120GB IDE Western Digital 7200rpm HDD (WD1200JB) - $40
    1x 80GB IDE Seagate 7200rpm HDD (ST380021A) - $30
    1x 10MHz Oscilloscope. - $50
1x LG G1600 Mobile Phone, in good condition, not locked. (with Handsfree and RS232 Data Cable). - $15

The price above does not include postage and will be added on top of the stated price if postage is required. I am located in Valley View, SA and pickup is welcome.

The oscilloscope is the exception, as I would rather someone pick that up for obvious reasons. However, If you really want it posted I can arrange for it, however it is large in both weight and physical dimensions, thereby incurring hefty postage costs (probably $20 or so... I'm just guessing though).

    Thank you.

No idea mate, never dealt with a PS3. Ask in the PS3 related forum, perhaps they'll know.

If you want to purchase all three drives, i'll let all three go for $90. Please feel free to make offers. Also, I am interested in trading either the 120GB SATA or 120GB IDE drive for a laptop (2.5 inch) IDE hard drive of around 80GB in size. Let me know.

I'm leaving this stuff on here for another 24 hours and then it's off to ebay. Make me offers, but I'm also willing to sell the lot for $100. That's three hard disks, a sick of RAM and the mobile phone (because the oscilloscope has been sold) for $100.

How old are these? any bad sectors?
Ill take both for 70 inc shipping if there are no bad sectors
I might consider all 3, but right now im waiting for my clients to pay up before i can commit

As for the PS3, to answer the q, it runs a sata 2.5' laptop drive
