    Default New VAST UEC Decoder

Understand that the Irdeto smart card will be 'married to' the authorised UEC VAST decoder. Is there any thoughts on whether these cards can actually be used in another decoder, ie Octagon, Mediastar etc and also whether the VAST UEC can be used to receive other services, ie C Band stuff, Ku on D1 etc (or do they disable the Diseq function to eliminate this).

No-one to our knowledge has one installed yet, so need to wait for more information.
