Came home from hols and found my 1Q76 dead as a doornail.
Phoned Au* expecting the usual three week wait for a "technician" appointment and was really surprised when the consultant said that they would send a replacement box by TNT tomorrow and I should have it in 1 to 2 days.
Self install and call in to activate ... return old box through APO sounds like they are learning a little about customer service.
