flashing the xbox - which software

I have 3 original machines in use and remembered i had an old aladdin kicking around, dropped it in after a quick desolder/solder and booted up OK, now i would like to flash the bios, EvoxM8+ and 'play' with the colours and logos.

What would anyone suggest for the best software to do this?

I have used evox tool to make the changes, and i would like to build a simple cdrw with only the files for the flash.

Cheers, pulled that down 1.3 and tried it, strange thing is i get no picture, i assumed the draw popping out was the hint to put the bios.bin cd in and i did, then waited a few minutes and it worked..

I tried both PAL and NTSc settings with HD AV and also standard...
