    Default DM500s with multiple cards

I'm looking at buying a Dreambox 500s, I currently have a NZ Sly subscription and a Strong on Aur0ra. I want to use the DM500s to replace both Sly box and the Strong.

I know I can use the DM for either Sly or Aur0ra but I want to use it for both.

If I load ccam etc, can I put the Sly card in to view Sly and then just pull the card and replace it with my goldie without having to reconfigure the Dreambox each time? ie will the Dreambox just pick up the new card and work?

    Thanks

If it's Irdeto1 no card is required as you could use Newcamd 16.b along with the card details in a PPUA file and it can emulate the card without it physically being in the box

    Search PPUA for more details

Yes, but a word of warning. Expect black screen anywhere from 5secs to 2mins when changing from a Sly channel to an Aurora channel. It takes a while for PPUA to update.
