hi.just finaly got my (they recon) you beaut broadband 2 from optus after 26 hours on the phone trying to find out what was happening to it and there staff offering a range of reasons as to why it was not working i finally gave up and told there supervisors to stuff it all including 3 internet connections plus 5 phone lines and believe it or not that worked and after 4 days without any broadband it was sorted within 45mins .
so as far as i can tell if you are dealing with call centres and not with people in australia then this is the service you get but if you shout hard enough your call and complaint will be delt with by locals and not call centres who have to read all there answers from books or standard answers as told!!!!!
