    Default Cams / plugins descriptions

I just ordered my DM500s and I was googling cams/plugins. Everywhere you look each person has their own view of 'use this cam' etc etc

Can someone please post a link to a list of what each cam does? Like a dumbies guide to each cam.

I know a lot of the cams wont be usable in our part of the world (encryption not used here etc) but if I know what the cam does/decrypts I can then skip any reading for cams I will not need.

    Thanks

the easiest - cccam. It's a server and/or a client and it can be a client to itself. You see some people run Newcs. Then they also run cccam with this as you need a 'client' because newcs is only a server. Or you could use mgcamd as a client too. Just have a play when you get your box and see how they work. They all have their own config files.

Not quite what you're after but it will give you some info
You have to understand that at the rate these cams (and the providers) update, it's pretty hard to keep an up to date list.
Best thing is to do as Leroy suggested and try it for yourself. It's the best way to learn.
