What size SD card for Wiikey SD adapter?

trying to find out what size SD card I should get.

If the image has to be exactly 4699979776 bytes should the card be 8Gb. Is this size supported, if not do you have to rip in parts?

You rip in parts but its a pain in the ass....better product is the USB Gecko...dump directly to pc hdd

Thats cause SD Gecko are ancient. The USB version has alot more features too.
If your gonna rip alot of games, then its worth the extra bit, if one off then use the SD

A wii game is 4.7GB, not 8.
The maximum sd card size which is compatible with this process is 2 GB, hence requires 3 dumps. It's quicker than LG method, but requires more effort.

Hi Harry, as per pm's mate it can be ripped onto SD in about 45-50 mins.

I found LG to be too hit and miss. for all the troublesome ones I've done with SD adaptor and works flawlessly.

The best part of his SD adaptor vs gecko is that it was FREE...LOL eh Harry88
