Default Stereoscopic 3d PayTV now in Japan now

A Japanese colleague reckons In Japan, since 1st December BS11( Satellite Digital Broadcasting
Ch11) commenced 3D HD broadcasting for only 15 or 30 min but every
    day.
The format is parallel side-by side (960x1080x2). Using viewer 3D
contents can be seen in TV at home now, however everything is slim.
It is reported BS11 ready TV will be in market coming spring in
Japan. It is expected to be LCD display with xPol filter.

Looks like Japan is ahead of backward Foxtel by a light year.

It is BS11 () on BSAT 2A, sending in ISDB standard.

Does somebody knows where to buy PC tuners for ISDB, please let me know.
It seems to be hard to receive it on PCs, the Windows BDA architecture only
supports DVB-T/-S/-C, ATSC and Digital Cable, but no ISDB. ( For recording )

I guess it's not possible to receive BSAT 2A in Australia is that right?
    Also is it C-Band?

The Japanese BS satellite networks that only have R beaming signals tranmission to Japan and part of neighbour countries, but unfortunately, not to Australia. Yeah, I have the Japanese-made Ku-Band satellite dish that only receiving BS satellites, 52cm diameter and the LNB's frequent is 11.713 ~ 12.009 GHz.

A guy from Japan says BS11 started 3D broadcast this year.
The signal format is side-by-side in half width.
Left image size is 960x1080, Right image size is 960x1080 in
    HD(1920x1080 MPEG2) format.
You can see half width side-by-side image with normal HD TV.

Hyundai is selling a 3D LCD TV for this format.
This TV is using X-pol tech.
The TV circuit changes format from side-by-side into interleave 3D format
to fit X-pol. You can see 3D image with circular polarised glasses on the LCD TV.
The result is good I believe

The TV program is like an experiment such as animals, baseball, football,
girls... all in about 10 minutes, 3 or 4 times a day.
