    Default Second ISP for torrents

So Im using 100mbit cable 100gb cap as my primary, I want to use that for youtube, gaming, generic web usage and I'd like to get a second isp dedicated to torrenting. TPG seems to have the best prices around for capacity that ive seen, i was looking at either,

    Super Fast / 500GB~
    $59.99
    500GB(150GB+350GB) off peak (2am - 8am)
    Shaped too: 1Mbps/1Mbps
    uploads are counted.

    OR
Super Fast Premium /150GB (no on peak or off peak)
    $89.99
    150GB4
    Shaped to 4Mbps/1Mbps
    Uploads are NOT counted
    OR

    Super Fast Heavy /200GB
    $69.99
    200GB3 (100GB+100GB) off peak (3:30am - 8:30am)
    2Mbps/1Mbps
    Uploads are NOT counted.

the thing is i like to seed. also as tpg doesnt offer adsl 2, i'd be getting those at about 8mbit max but as im not using it for general web usage it doesnt matter too much. Any suggestions as i cant decide? Also if anyone knows how to or has experience in setting up dual isp connections or can offer any suggestions on how to route utorrent through a completely seperate connection that would be helpful.

So what ive found so far in regards to using a second internet connection for torrenting is that you can set utorrent to use a specific interface at an IP address however windows chooses to ignore it and goes by whatever the hell it wants anyway. the second idea I thought of was using vmware 7 to emulate an entirely different OS using to a second network card directly connected to the second modem. I would enable shared folders feature within vmware to share the data from vmware to my main pc. any thoughts, criticisms, alternatives?

Why don't you get the TPG $75 unlimited adsl2+ plan for everything?

so according to tpg even though someone told me yesterday that i could sign up for an adsl 2 plan and if it wasnt available in my area it would just connect at 8mbit, they were wrong. they wont process the application if theres no adsl2+ services in my area. so im back to square one. I live in mooroolbark, vic btw. apparently telstra can manage to have 100mbit cable but noone can manage to have a half reasonable adsl 2 plan.

The above plans are for adsl 2 on tpg.
You'll be looking at a lot more for a 8meg line.
Tpg recently upped the quota on most their standard dsl plans.

Perhaps if money is not a problem..

Get a second line in... and get another ISP account.
then have (which is what I think you were originally asking)

line 1 isp 1, for general web-ish related things that your general machines use
line 2 isp 2, setup just for torrents/seeding. just a machine dedicated to torrents

I'd hate to see your bill

edit: if you can't get adsl2, probably better to pay for a seedbox. and change plans to the biggest d/l allowance you can get, then schedule your d/l's.

as said above save your money getting second isp get yoour self a seedbox and use it with an ftp client.... you only need download once and it will seed for you without you needing to upload anything.
do a general seedbox search they ar generally pretty cheap
