Sony Japan have PSP Media Manager available on their website for free, this is the latest version.
It's not hard to figure out how to load it, click n for next etc. Once it's all loaded, it's in English, a quick online registration and it's full version.
Why pay for it when it's legally free.

pspVideo9 is by far a better program and its FREE!!!
This version of psp manager is good if you are fluent in Japanese...lol
Once it's installed its in English not Japanese and it's free too, it's only the setup thats in Japanese.
I have pspvideo9 as well, i like it, but prefer psp manager
Exactly, you need to understand Japanese to install it!
VERY simple program with very limited features, there are heaps better around than this.
You should be getting 480x272 fullscreen with the AVC codec for your own videos.
Not just MP4. I think they opened up AVC for everyone in 2.00, but still didn't
allow fullscreen for home encoded movies.
I hope the "official scene" is up to that by now, or your still paying too much
