Has anybody managed to share a VAST card

Hi Guys

Just thought I would start this thread to see if anybody has successfully shared this card yet. Firstly for those of you who do not have a VAST card, it runs of Irdeto acs 5.7. I personally have not seen anything above 5.3 share, but I'm sure you guys have. Tis is what I have tried so far with no luck:

Newcs (windows)
Irserver (windows)
cccam (dbox)

these have all been unsuccessful so far. If anybody has it sharing would they care to share what they are using. I'm also open to suggestions for those who have good ideas.

I preferably want this sharing through a smargo on a pc, but will turn to alternatives if need be

give latest oscam a go

other providers 5.7s seem to work in oscam as long as the extra security isn't enabled - tweak etc

the next step is to log the communications between the card and its married box (season logger)

does the card interrogate the cam for the correct box id and/or marriage data before initialising ?

is the crypted cam key data static or does it change after each card reset ?

Forgive my ignorance but does the card work in any other box other than the supplied UEC VAST box. I am not really sure what sharing means, is the card taken out and put into another box. I know that I cannot use the austar 5.7 in another box.

The card won't work in any other box, only the box it was supplied with.

Love the restriction; *you* will only drive the Commodore. No, you may not have that BMW, no sorry - not the Mondeo Titanium either, just this Commodore (means UEC) for you.

Story going round is that a certain firmware upgrade 1.21 in a certain box will work with VAST card.
Can not back this up, just yet. but will keep you posted. Firmware is not public just yet from what I have been told.

Quick answer, 1 person reported VAST card worked in Ultraplus box (suplier of Ultraplus), no one else able to get cards working anywhere, suggest reading first 3 pages of "Vast & Third party receivers" thread for full context.
