    Default WinXP internet options problem.

I need to check my internet options settings but whenever i click on it in control panel it just flashes and doesnt open, tried shutting down, rebooting etc but no change. I did a system restore already and dont want to do it again as i have to keep moving files that i had moved previously.

I would be running some good anti spyware and hijack this, sounds like something has taken it over
