Just wondering if anyone has had any experience with SuperNerd. Are they reliable? Good speeds? Good customer service?

Was looking at getting the 180gb, looks to be better than the optus 150gb as SuperNerd to count upload towards the quota.
Their shaping is also 256k whereas optus is a sluggish 64k.

Cant help you on feedback but I have seen their banner on Austech several times today so they must be on a bit of an advertising push.

256k shaping isnt bad, certainly better than 64.

Hi I have had 4 Accounts with Supernerd for the last 4 years the plans are the Regular 8M/384K 60GB Value I don’t have any complaints apart from one major SNAFU with our Newcastle office connection.

They are based in Melbourne and there customer service is ok once you get to talk to a level 2 tech.

My connection at home syncs at 7616Kb/384Kb and I’m about 2.5 kms from the exchange.
