    And this is part of my sys.txt

    [tts]
    tts_buffer=131072
    announce_exit_directions=1
    tts_logics=3
    priority="HIGH"
    always_say_road_names=3
    announce_street_name=1
    skip_exit_numbers=2

    [sound]
    sound_q_length=200
    queue_length=200
    ding=0

    ;This boosts TTS voice if it's not loud enough (ratio=<greater number> is louder)
    [dynamiccompressor]
    compressor=1
    a0=56806
    thrs=24703
    ratio=9
    gain=12

    Hope this helps.

    copied the chinese voice from igo 8.0, that works fine but not TTS.

    Reviewed many threads he's the summary:

    For CE4.2, please use loq TTS, you need loqEnglish69.dll etc. (4 dll files), 64MB is able to run as mine GPS. For primo 1.1, you may need high version, mine is susan & dave 1.31

    For CE5/6, you can use nua TTS which need less memory.

    above link included both TTS voices.

    Hi!
    I have just put Igo primo on Sd card working everything right except TTS voices.
    I can select them but when I am checking again is jumping back on non announced voices .
    MY Chinese unit is running:
    Operation System Microsoft Windows CE.NET 5.0
    CPU SAMSUNG S3C2440-400MHZ
    SDRAM 64MB
    NAND FLASH 64MB
    Map Storage Mode SD CARD
    GPS Model SIRF3
    I tried different sys.txt but is the same probleme
    Any idea to fix it?

    Thanks for the tip. WRT the ratio, do you what it ranges from? I thought it was 1-10 but I tried 11 and it still works. It didn't really seem louder then 9 though.
