I bought an arcade pack yesterday from Big W for $298. Its an in house special.I don't know why they didn't advertise. Was bought from a NSW store .Suggest anyones thinking of buying one to go and check but maske sure they scan it before they give you a price. The sales people were very surprised it was that cheap !

    Sniper,

How the hell did you pull that one off mate? $298?

I tried that here in Victoria they said they can't do it for that price, were going to charge me $399.

hehe,it actually worked out to be $283 after staff discount.I only found out about
it after reading about it on another forum (ie ocau ) As I'm on the vic/nsw border I rung my
local vic big w but they didn't have any in stock so weren't able to confirm/deny the special
price.I rung another Big W across the border in NSW and they had one left in stock.Sure enough after I
asked them to scan it the price was $298.The saleperson couldn't belive it either. So I really
can't say whether its a state or national thing.More intrigueing is why they're not advertising
it ?? I hope you have luck getting one mate !!

Either look for a cheap one on eBay or

I have a mate who purchased a 120Gb HDD from eBay for $180 delivered. They are probably cheaper now but beats the $250RR tag they have on them here.

I purchased a 20Gb HDD for my X360 Arcade I got for free on a mobile phone plan, but seen the X360 Arcade SKU's selling like crazy when I went in to my local Big W!

For $78 that 20Gb MS proprietary HDD is well priced.
