Mame32 with Autofire and Joystick question

Anyone got a link to a recent version of Mame32 for Windows with the Auto Fire option. I can only find a dos version.

Also I have an old Arcade joystick panel made by Saitek, bought it from Dick Smith about 1000 years ago, it has a paralell port interface, I got an adapter to plug into USB but it don't work. So.. Is there any control panel around for USB that is a decent size you put on your lap or table.
