    Default DS lite not charging

Hi, I have a DS lite unit that works fine but does not charge. No water damage, hasn't been dropped. If I charge the battery in another unit I can use it with no problem. At first inspection it had the F1 fuse blown which I have replaced but still no go the light doesn't come on or flash when the charger is inserted. Charger is ok, power socket is ok, F2 fuse is ok. Anyone know of any other components that may go faulty around the charging circuit? Anyone got any diagrams or anything else I might check. Very frustrating having to charge in another unit have to setup date, time etc everytime.

    Any ideas anyone please.

I did one the other day - redo fuse 1

also if it doesn't go at all the bridge method for fuse 2 is an easy option

I've tried bridging both fuses now just to make sure. Still not charging. Power is getting in as I can measure volts around the area but without a diagram or component values it's hard to fault find.

Hey thanks for your help guys. I think it is charging now although the LED does not come on when the charger is inserted, maybe the LED is dodgey.

Probably started to work after the F1 fuse replacement but I didn't notice as the LED was not on. Hopefully just a LED replacement now.

    Thanks heaps cheers
