    seen this today

    1. Click Start
    2. Click Run
    3. Type: regedit
    4. Navigate to the following registry entry: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Curre ntVersion\Policies\System

"Wallpaper"=SZ:C:\WINDOWS\desktop.html (yours might be slightly different)
    5. Click one time on the entry
    6. Push Delete on the keyboard
    7. Click Yes
    8. Close the Registry editor

don forget the rep if it works

I'd be running Spyway/Trojen software to see if you have picked up something that is affecting our OS.
Try running Spybot S&D and then Lavasoft Adaware.

You need to find the cause of the problem not just put a band aid on it.

you more than likely have picked something up..
as stated , you need to scan all files for spyware malware viruses etc to find the cause of your problem.

    spybot
    malwarebytes
    Trogan Remover
    Fprot

    etc

AND a good Anti-Virus as well.

best to scan in DOS if possible . otherwise go safe mode & do as much as you can there
    DM500s & Relook 400S Owner.. was now =
copy of ATV Flash for ATV Gen1
WTD : Sniper Elite for Wii - with Rifle if possible

RIP gw1, "LIFE MEMBER" u will be sadly missed
