    Default Video Intercom Camera housing

    Hi All,

I need some help. I've just purchased a new house and it comes with a video intercom. The housing for the camera however is missing the ring button and the perspex lens cover is cloudy due to being exposed to the elements.

I went a purchased a new camera kit from Wes in Sydney and discovered that the new systems are 4 wire whilst mine is a 6 wire system.

I suppose what I need is either a new housing for the old camera or a way of rewiring the system to accept the 4 wire camera.

The actual system is a Look-C and was purchased between 2000 and 2002.

Does anybody know where I can find the same housing?

    Default

    Hi,
The fact you only need 4 wires is good if you already have a six wire system because it gives you spares. It is easier to replace the door station, handset and power supply as it comes in a kit. Usually 1 pair is for power and the other pair are for camera/audio. Buy a good quality one and is should last for ages.
