HDX1000 Media Player Warranty?

I bought one of these 3 months ago from and now the power supply is dead, I am trying to contact them but it looks they are no longer in operation, I tried calling them but the guy said he doesn't know what I was talking about and I must have the wrong number and hanged up in my face, anyway can anyone help directing me as to where I can claim it on warranty please.

They are imported from OS, no local distributor.
Don't think anyone but the original seller will do you a "warranty" claim on it.

You'd probably need to buy a Power Supply, but its better than having a dead unit.

Or try this;
But im pretty sure they will tell you to go back to the original place of purchase / charge you shipping to and from overseas. Probably cheaper just to get it locally.
