    Default Solution 4+4

I have reset this alam back to factory default settings and have since reprogrammed with my own codes etc.
All zones are in use but have I have no telephone connection.

Unfortunately a communication failure fault(8) is being generated when the alarm is in use.

I have the Reference guide to aid with setup but cannot find any option that would allow me to disable the communication option feature.
I have noted that Location 224 & 225 are dialler options but there is no definitive disable feature mentioned.

Other than this, the alarm works great.
    Any help would be appreciated.

I will give it a try and thanks for the reply.

Interesting to note that locations 016-031 are noted as 'Secondary Telephone Number' blocks.

Entered the '2' value in location 22 but still encounter the fault code/beep upon disarming.

Interesting unfortunately all the solutions we have are on line so dont normally program locals did you disconnect power and battery to the panel for at least 30 seconds incase it has kept the attempt to communicate in its memory so to speak
