    Default 12647V now configured for QLD/NT VAST

    New transponder 12647V now up for QLD/NT channels.

    After noticing the 3D Trial channel is back again, but this time on 12692V instead of 12647V that it was using last time I checked 12647V and it's now configured for VAST as DVB-S2 30000 MSym/s, so it looks like planning is well underway for the QLD/NT channels it will provide before analogue switch off in regional QLD early next year.
    The transponder doesn't currently have any streams (only null packets) but that should change soon.
