Default What is the best performing solar panel when things get hot?

Basicly the title says it all.
Have been delving into the minefield of grid connected solar for the house. So far have decided on an inverter, SMA sunnyboy or maybe even a TL series.
The panels however are a different story. So many to choose from. Just want the best performer when things get hot.

    Thin film or amorphous panels.

Amorphous - power decrease due to heat 0.19% / degree C.

    Crystaline - 0.47% / degree C.

However the Amorphous / film panels take up more room and put out less power, more expensive also at this point in time, but they do tolerate shadows better.
