Default Installing windows 98 without floppy

Hey, this may sound a bit silly, but I have a need to install windows 98 again, lol. Problem is I dont have any startup floppys. The computer I need to install it on has already had C drive formatted as FAT32, and has the system transferred, now, question is, how can I enable CD ROM support short of going and buying a new floppy drive, and a new packet of floppy disks, that's if I could even get em still. What are my options here?

If you feed ducks at a pond, chances are your bound to feed a goose or two without even knowing it.

If your CD Drive is ATAPI compatible (and most of them now are), it will be supported by the bios and no device drivers will be required. You may need to go into bios settings and set the boot priority to give preference to the CD Rom over the hard drive. i.e. so that it will boot from cd rom first (if a cd is present) and otherwise from the hard drive.
