    Default booting xp from CF

Hi, I'm setting up a carputer and was thinking of using a compactflash card to boot from to decrease startup times and use a hdd for the rest of the programs/files. Is this viable for long term and easy to do?

CF cards don't have a huge amount of rewrite capability so this presents an issue. I have done this with a Linux system but not with XP.

This seems to cover what you need for XP booting.
