    The info was contained in the old forum.....

    Search the internet for Tom Tom voice files.....you can use a trial program called 'switch' to convert the files to wavs. Destinator can use wavs as voice files... all you need to do then is edit the 'DestinatorVoiceManeuvers.inf' file so that the correct wav plays for the correct action.

    Note that Tom Tom do not have a voice for 'GPS Not Found', nor do they have a voice to handle 'kilometers' or 'miles' which are required for the 2km warning. However if you just edit these out of the inf file...all is sweet.

    A couple I have added my own wav for 'GPS not found' in addition to the normal voice files.

    StormyKnight,
    I got a issue with Switch.
    I tryed converting the tomtom files to Wav but it fails and says
    that the source file couldnot be read ?

    OK i found a site that told me how to do it and now got Mr T on there yelling.
    But still cant find just the normal english tomtom files.
    the search goes on !
