Have you scaned all the rf's particularly the uhf one.

Strange it wont pick it up unless you have something else working on that rf like a video recorder.

Because of the digital tv signals now it is very hard to find a free RF channel to tune your box too
What i do is un-plug the tv aerial and then tune the tv and box and then
plug the tv aerial back in and see if the picture disappears

thank's for the reply's. how i have it set up is fox is plugged into the video with the scart plug and then i have reversed a 2 way splitter coming out of the video aerial plug then 1 go's to the first tv and the second one go's to the other tv. it was working fine like that with the old box but since they replaced it with another when i scan the second tv to pick up the fox channel it cant find it. so my thought's are they have the fox box on a different rf channel, so i need to know how to change the rf channel so i can tune it in.

Yes they most likely have the pace on a diffrent rf if it worked before but does not now.

Have you tried 9949 to get into the menu like best4less suggested?
