    Default PC Tuner card requirements

    Hi Guys,

I have a Leadtek DTV2000H which claims to support ATSC/QAM digital tuning, I'm trying to use DVBLink TVSource to tune the channels in, however I get no signal reading and am unable to find any channels using the included australian transponder list. I've tried using both the Cable & Antenna plugs on the back of the card.

Is there anything else a tuner card needs to support to be able to pick up these channels?

    Thanks.

ATSC/QAM is a completely different standard to DVB-C. Sure they might use the same QAM physical layer encoding (although I doubt your card can even decode 64QAM or 256QAM) but it certainly can't decode the DVB-C protocol above it.
You can't use anything but a DVB-C card to view Fox on the HFC network.
