    Default New patented verandah mount

Just needed to have a play and always wanted to see if I could i701 and thought about Asiasat 4. I thought I'd make up a temporary mount for the 85cm dish on the veranda. The first one I didn't have the dish out far enough so no chance of AS4 then the second attempt I didn't think it was going to be able to swing around and not be obscured by the side of the house! But alas....it was fine. Took the TV and receiver out, wireless laptop and I was in business.

Looks great... you will have to try a polar mount next time and "arm strong" it between sats.

Hmmm will it become a permanent fixture? AS4 is good for feeds, i tune into that most weekends looking for live football.

It's funny you mention a polar mount because I was wondering that when I was playing finding i701 and then spining the dish around for AS4. Is there such a thing for a little dish other than a HH motor?

the Haw Adel game was the first feed I found so it may become permanent some how.

Well we've had a death in the family. We had some really strong wind gusts the other night and the dish got blown off the verandah from the second storey lol
I thought it survived and popped it under the carport but I was having a look at it earlier and it seems a little warped! Like me I suppose so we're now a good match

I guess it depends if he wants the 'attachment' to last longer than 3 years and 6 months.

By comparison, leaving during a great blow-job (as in your case) may be undesireable.
