Their customer service though is absolutely appalling. I'd warn about that fist...
Since day 1 i've had speed issues with them on their BUND (zone 2) exchange in VIC. Speed typically varies from 3-9MBps, but after considering the distance and other factors affecting max speed to my house, I should be topping 12-14MBps but I'm nowhere near it and have had to complain constantly, go to the TIO...and even then, I'm stuck doing ping tests, speed tests and other strange crap. Absolute nightmare.
On the flip side, they have the most attractive plans on the market really..I'm on Naked DSL2+
