I will second that as i have exported around 5,000 trays of them to Singapore this season, dunno what it is about them as i find them a bit bland compared to a KP. NQ season is just about done now. We are starting to get the Maruba fruit in.

My banana turpentine mangoes have finally ripened. Very sweet, not stringy. Definitely keeping this tree.

They ripen from the seed out by the look of them.

Did you know that Mangoes grow true to form from seed?
You can plant those seeds and in a few years time you will be picking more of the same fruit.

Not all mangoes are polyembryonic, some are monoembryonic and have to be grafted. However my small banana type will grow true to type from seed.

Years ago my father planted some mango seeds that did not grow true to type. They were the most sour horrible things you could eat, so the trees got the chop.
