    Default Region-free Wii chips?

    Hello learned ones,

I asked this a while back but just curious to know what the current region-free status is with the range of Wii chips available. I know a little while back that it was 'not 100% region-free'.

Has there been any progress of late?

    Thanks all............tez

No, they are still pretty much the same, however using the Freeloader disk by Datel in conjunction with the chip apparently increases the chances of the game from out of region working with the console.

Gecko Region Free will also do a job like freeloader. It is free as well.
