i downloaded that and the box has just Geeko:P in gui and thats all no pics no nothing!!!

I can't test for you now but reported working on Premium model
Will test Premium plus tonight

do not download this software into box my box is fried by the looks of it all its says in gui is Geeko:P and thats it wont do anything and cant get it to update with any other firmware its caput i think!!!!

nope that didnt work same wording came up and then it says rescue mode in front gui then goes blank and thats it im so pisssssssd at the moment i cant believe this firmware has just wrecked a $450 box!!!!

thats why i am waiting a long while yet before i try it, hope you can get it restored back to original firmware.

There is 2 features which you buy an Azbox for and that's 4:2:2 feed watching and the other (which is on the Premium + and Ultra now have) is to have blindscan as well.
I'd doubt that E2 will support these features but might be wrong. (you could stream from a dreambox and watch 4:2:2 feeds on your PC)

that happened to me on one firmware , i turned it of un-plugged power and pulled out network .

then after 5 minutes or so plugged everything in again booted and got the ip and was able to do the original upload

ok i tried this new image very glitchy dosnt recodnise our sats epg looses sound very often still lots of work to do before i keep it for good!!besides the fact it almost killed my box!!!lol image features looked ok tho!!!!getting better but still not good enough!!

I think blindscan in E2 will be possible( DMM released new tuners for dm8000 with blindscan so blindscan will come into E2)

4:2:2 feeds already work in E2 on Azbox
