DGStation 400S micom chip replacement
Does anyone have any cheatsheets on doing this?
-
When i had my relook all i did was email the company and they sent one out to me,not sure if they will do it again, they might want to charge this time round..
No harm in sending them an email.
When I got mine it cost $15.00 for the chip and $15.00 postage.
This was sometime ago.
I missed out on the free ones by a month.
The web site for DGstation has gone so I don't know how you will go getting one.
Still got mine and still using it.
Cheers
Kevin

Thanks for the pointers. In fact I have ordered it from DGStation at $US15. Its on the way.
I was interested in finding how hard it is to locate this chip on the board after opening the box to replace it.

It's a good idea to remove the backup battery during the process
