Default USB flash drive - circuit

Anyone got a generic circuit diagram for a 4GB USB flash drive?

    Good luck.
Is it really worth making one?
You'd probably get one with the USB chip.

I think Studio wants to repair a dead one to get data back.

You might have luck putting it either in a freezer or heating it up with hair dryer or holding a soldering iron direct on the chip(s).
If there is a quartz crystal or some kind of resonator put the tip of of the soldering iron on that. I have quite often got resonators permanently going again that way.

Yeah, I just want to learn what kind of circuitry is used for one of these things - what needs power, how it gets it, what the crystal drives and the frequency etc..

I thought a little knowledge in this area may help me to resurrect this dead drive that I have.
