Aljazeera & SPA

I have a problem with 2 channels.

I scan with the manually entered pids but can not get Aljazeera.

The sports active channels show up but with SPA I get sound but no picture and I have scanned multiple times with no success.

Any ideas????

cccam has a problem with spa....use mgcam and it will work fine
