i hope he gets charged too. as to the money itself that may be long gone .
if this flea pleads poverty , the court will let him off with a slap on the wrist and make him repay the debt at $5 per week.
maybe the sheriff can grab whatever assets he has , teach the scum a lesson.
People like this only start to see the light when they have trouble chewing steak.

The fact that there's a highway to hell and a stairway to heaven says a lot about the anticipated traffic flow.
Or needing to sip dinner through a straw.
Unfortunately, Matt made it clear, no getting heavy.
Maybe we should get Don and some of his mates to bait this fellow.

When you do things right, people won't be sure that you have done anything at all
Always go with someone who has some geuine selling background or feedback. I have over 800+ on ebay, but had sh*t given to me because I had little to no feedback a year ago on Austech...funny thing is, anyone would se Ebay as more legit for reliable trading information.
Sucks to hear that Matt, goodluck with the debt recovery. Glad the pigs tracked him down and spoke to him; even worse that cops have not followed up on this, since the guy is posted all around the internet!

its terrible how dishonest traders can keep getting away with it , and police , fair trading etc cant do much to help you.
but dont take matters into your own hands as you automatically become a criminal and suddenly police will track you down and prosecute you. the law is an ass.
Have you advised the police that he hasnt returned the money ?

Just think before you take it into your own hands, being involved with police a lot and very frequently over the last month makes you and anyone you MAY know a prime suspect if someone punches the prick in the face or his tyres get slashed (lol).
Just FYI; The last landlords who kicked me out of a rental property a year back will get that very same nasty smelly surprise very soon, mwahahaha!!!

Yeah I'd let it go, this guy may know some crazies as well.
This guy must of had a few run ins given his past history.
You could end up with a criminal record, it just ain't worth it.
