Maybe it's time for someone to go to one of these crappy shows like Today Tonight and show good our feds are.
For someone to be able to get away with this sort of shit for this long is appalling.
And then they wonder why people take justice in their won hands.

    Had a call from Det Mick Horan on 6/9 - (02) 97 288 458.

He finally received the documents he was waiting for - what ever they were - probably from Paypal?

Basically they think there is not enough evidence to convict Munday of fraud and have decided not to pursue the case further as they would likely have to pay his costs if it went to court and they lost.

He did acknowledge "No doubt he's up to no good".

I heard there could be a street party in Como Place with an open invitation to all those that got scammed - and their mates. Not sure who's organised it though

    My personal vigilante action:
also duplicated on another server along with his passport and licence.
Do a google search on michael munday nsw.
Take me to court scum bag, I dare ya - or pay me!!!

Well if the police doesn't do the job for you, take matters in your own hand.
It's a freaking joke that this sort of shit still goes on.

Lucky for him there's a bit bit of water between us, but next time I'm in Sydney, there will DEFINITELY be a side trip. If you don't pay me, expect me Mr Munday, because I will be coming ... eventually! Revenge, like salad, is a dish best served cold You've pissed off the wrong customer.

MM has 2 court cases this week today at 9:30am - a mention for a criminal case and an Examination order by Internode P/L on the 15th Dec both at Liverpool court NSW. Why doesn't someone who can spare the time go and sit in on the court then you would know first hand what they were all about or apply to Liverpool court to get a copy of the transcripts from each if you can't be there.

    Many Thanks Cobber.
That appears to be the most accurate information that we have had so far.
Although not victim, I'm prepared to donate to a fund to obtain the transcripts.
My inquiries reveal that you must be a victim to obtain these by application to Liverpool Court, and the cost would be $11 per page.
Easily seen that this could exceed $100.

Kindest Regards, " The Druid ".

Maybe contact Internode P/L - I'm sure they would be sympathetic to the cause if they have an examination order against him - you only have those against someone if they owe you money and aren't paying.

Maybe S8N can shed some more light here??? What exactly was he charged with? Who bought about the charges (who is the victim?)

He was charged with committing $35,000 credit card fraud against his brother and i also believe that he was charged with ebay fraud to the value of over $20,000... He will be facing court at bankstown next year i was told..

Also if anyone has the transcripts of MM previous court hearings at liverpool please let me know
