web form help

hi all,
can someone point me in the right direction
have created a form contact details send to email all fine, but want to add 2 drop-down lists example

list1 = jacket
then switch to list 2 must select color
list2 = red or green etc

bare in mind i'm a noob when it comes to coding, but willing to learn

not sure whether i need to setup mysql / php, asp

ok just found what i was looking for,

not sure what they call this parent / child drop down ???

database driven ???

step 1 must select product



step 2 select product type


in the mean time will checkout email me form

the catch with emailmeform is you can pick the brand ok but the model dropdown will have to have all the brands models in the 1 dropdown
or you need to make a seperate drop box for each brand, with drop boxes to pick model
