nrl feeds?

anybody pick these up?
I want to look into free to air sat.
I was thinking that if this was out there i might start looking into it.
Nrl or other sports and were i can start looking.

They are often seen on Asiasat 4, ku frequencies.

I think 9 use a different proprietry system ( to send their signal down when using the intelsat and other birds, that you cannot decrypt with the usual gear we all have.

The area of receiving 9 via satellite has always been quiet, with little comment being made on how they achieve their live feeds other than the one's seen on AS4 or the occasional B1/D1 feeds.

viewer....before D2 come into play nine news & current affairs be regularly on the old B3 BTV channels but since the demise of B3 have not seen any news activity there yet, maybe worth while to blind scan D2,

Yep, aware of that thanks mate, however either 9 use lots of fibre, or are using something different via sat?

A prime example is Imparja....now not on D1 since change of broadcasting matter, and fed to Belrose by fibre, or to their own earth stations in a different format?

I am in Townsville I was thinking of getting setup to see if i could find the feeds?
We dont see 9 up here much only fox.
If Asiasat 4 has this I will look at getting something.
If anybody has pickup a Townsville played cowboys game let me know.
They play sat night if anybody wants to look for me.
I am very new to all this so please help.

Cowboys were on an IS2 C-Band feed live last weekend

Maybe this is going to be a future possibility with their home games?
