Tweaked oscam

If there is say, 2-3 Ird2 card in a oscam session, the emm-s update always goto 1st card.

Resulting the 2nd card that need the emm-s is not send by either mgcamd (1 port since same caid) or camd3 / camd35 . And thus card giving irdeto_do_cmd [2] 9e 00 after some time.

Any remedy ?

I brought down the config to the minimum as proposed by you. My configs grew by trying hundreds of suggestion I read...

To me it also seems to be an EMM / update problem. I tried with all emm-blocks off - to no avail.

Also read to use the Mgcamd. But I can't find mgcamd running with VDR software on a linux pc. Seems I will need a DM to test that. VDR has to use the sc-plugin. Or with the patch for dvbapi it might work?!

Maybe this combination is the actual problem? But I see a lot of guys using vdr-sc with oscam (some via cccam) and the sc-plugin. But all the config suggestions wouldn't work for me.

Is there a way to see in oscam log if the emms are ariving correctly? I see a lot of entries like
[CODE]
emmtype=global, len=61, idx=61, cnt=1: error (167 ms) by smargo
emmtype=shared, len=63, idx=35, cnt=1: written (257 ms) by smargo
[\CODE]

The globals seem to throw errors only... See thousands of them...

I recon it must be a global EMM as they come in very regulary and my original receiver gives me pic within max 5 minutes - so something is sent on a very regular basis.

Will also try to setup a OSCam/CCcam as proposed here:
and report back.

Any idea where to find an updated TWK version of oscam? - just can't get hold of one.

Got pic back without putting my card into receiver

For those interested here is what did the trick for me:

OSCam outputs the entitlements on startup (after the card has been initialised):

r chid: 03EA, date: 2007/08/03 - 2007/09/02
r chid: 03EB, date: 2007/08/03 - 2007/09/02
r chid: 03EC, date: 2007/08/03 - 2007/09/02
r [irdeto-reader] ready for requests

The dates do not show correct as the CHID_BASE_DATE for CAID 0606 is not set in reader-irdeto.c.

After testing several combination of the ident lines in oscam.server and oscam.user this is what worked eventually:

Code:

ident  = 0606:21xxxC,21xxxC,FFFFFF,FFFFFF,000000

Simply speaking, all active providers as listed plus the 000000-provider.

I use the camd35 (udp) from my Linux box (sc-plugin of VDR).

I need Tweaked OSCAM for DM800SE, I am using OpenPli on DM800SE, I tried my best, oscam running and showing in web interface but channels are not opening but when I plug the card in DM800 HD its working.

IndiaDawn can you tell us which oscam did you installed on dm 800 and which one you installed on DM800 HD so that we can solve the issue

The Ozir 4100 version posted in the forum would do the job but you would need to put in TK0 and TK1 yourself in the reader section.

gado I came to know that these keys change every week ? and will only 2 tweak keys open full package ?

I don't think there is a version for Wondows. Your alternative is IR Server and that's been posted here on the forum.

Ubuntu and debian are essentially identical. as long as you're on ix86 32 you can execute the binary. Try it.

I think this is not very accurate. You can run it on windoze and mac as well.
There is sections on ump oscam forum for those. Open Source code can be compiled for different OS's
So if the patched source for ir***o reader exist, it is possible. Problem is, it hasn't been released to public afaik.
